- What Colors Are Possible?
We have both single color laser systems and full color analog rgb laser systems. We can create millions of colors including white.

- Do I Need Permits? OR A Variance?
No, with the exception of NY, TX & AZ. for permits, when you are in these 3 states we will handle all permits and or laser safety officers when needed. There maybe additional costs when in these states. Outdoor laser shows require 90 days of notice for us to gain clearance with the FAA. We operate under our own variance and you are not required to have one unless renting our lasers. |
- Outdoor Laser Shows, Is That Possible?
Yes however clearance from the FAA, we require a minimum of 90 days. Some shows may not be possible if denied. |
- Can You Crowd Scan?
Lasers can be EXTREAMLY DANGEROUS. There are certain techniques with very low Maximum Permissible Exposure (MPE) levels that can be done, however we do not practice these methods and we will not currently participate in any show that would require crowd scanning for safety. |
- Do You Build Lasers For Sale Or Installation?
We do not build lasers for public sale. We will only do select installations. |
- Do I Need Haze/ "fog"To See Laser Beams?
Yes, you would need to have haze to be able to be able to see the beams of light from the laser. Without these particles in the air the laser light would not be able to fracture out enabling people to see the lasers. However you do not need haze to show animations if projecting on a hard surface. We can use oil and water based hazes and will supply you the MSDS on request. |
- Can We Rent Your Lasers?
Yes, only if you are company with a variance. We would require a copy of your variance, along with a certificate of insurance with 1/2m liability and inland marine covering the value of the equipment |
- What About Custom Animation Shows?
Yes we can do custom animation shows for a additional charge. Please checkout our animation shows page for further information. |
- What Software Do You Use?
We use pagolin beyond software with apc40 |
- How Far Can Lasers Go?
Depending on the type of laser it can go for many miles even the moon with scientific versions. |
- How Bright Of A Laser Is Needed?
There are many, many factors that play into determining the correct laser from divergence, mrads, wavelength, and of course wattage power. However size of room, the amount of particles in the air or haze/fog that the beam can hit, laser position, ambient light and what you are displaying on the laser also plays a large role. We suggest you request a quote if you need further help! |
- How Dangerous Are Lasers?
Lasers are EXTREMLY DAGEROUS. It can cause serious damage or blindness to eyes. Lasers can combust material at high wattage and could cause skin to burn. However at our shows we operate within the CDRH (Center for Devices and Radiological Health) guidelines which under these regulations and performance guidelines can be operated under very safe conditions. |
